Fulford Academy: A Vision Realized
Founded With a Goal
Founded in 2002, Fulford Academy was established with a clear mission: to provide exceptional academic support in a friendly, small-school environment for students from around the world. Guided by the philosophy "Large enough to make a difference, small enough to care," the school quickly distinguished itself as a nurturing and inclusive learning community.
From Vision to Success
Over the years, Fulford Academy has grown into a world-class day and boarding school for students in Grades 9 to 12, proudly offering the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
Support From Past Leaders
Dr. Tom Steele, former Head of School, continues to support Fulford Academy, contributing strategic guidance and academic leadership as the school looks confidently to the future.
Fulford Academy Today
Excellence in Personalized Learning and Development
With an average class size of 12 students and 140 hours of in-class instruction per credit course, our students excel and reach beyond their grasp. Through an academic differentiation approach, our teachers tailor instruction to match each student’s learning style, pace, and academic needs—whether that means providing additional support, offering enrichment, or adapting materials to unique interests. This individualized and focused attention to learning, combined with personal and social growth, results in students who become courageous, compassionate, and community-minded global citizens.
