Residence Facilities
Living in Comfort and Community
Fulford Residence provides students with a comfortable and modern living environment designed to support both academic focus and relaxation. Each well-maintained, fully furnished room offers up to 39 square meters of space, featuring a 4-piece en-suite bathroom and individual climate control for year-round comfort. Junior students are accommodated in groups of three per room, while Senior students are paired in two-person rooms. Depending on the layout, rooms include either double-sized beds or a combination of twin-size beds.
With its thoughtful design and student-focused amenities, Fulford Residence offers a welcoming place to call home during the school year.
Common Areas
Study, Socialize, Succeed
Common areas are available for group activities and socializing, while quiet study spaces ensure students can focus on their academic work. Several of our common rooms feature TVs, game consoles, and a games room equipped with a pool table and a ping-pong table. Additionally, there is a piano, a sports and weight room, and various outdoor playing fields, including a basketball court.
