ESL Preparatory School is looking for: Male Resident Advisors for the dormitories. Job Summary: Provide consistent, prudent care acting as a parent substitute. Ensure Safety and Security in the residence. Provide structure and support during evening study time. Work in conjunction with the Residential Team to organize, deliver and supervise extra-curricular activities for students during non-academic time, supervise students' free time and oversee bed-time and weekend morning routines. Evening and weekend work. Part time position with possibility of full time hours. Flexibility in working hours is an asset. Wage is $12 per hour. Job Skills Superior judgement, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills with children and adults. Maturity and good leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
