Admission Procedure

Download and print out the forms from Application Package page and submit thecompleted forms by mail or fax.   

Please remember to give all of the information the form requires, including a recent photo, copy of birth certificate or passport, most recent report card and the application fee of $200 Canadian dollars. 

Missing information will delay the process.

• It is important that you indicate the program that you are applying for: ESL Preparatory (Spring, Winter or Fall), Summer Orientation, or High School Program. 

• Once your application is received by the Fulford Academy Admissions Office, we will confirm that it has been received.  Along with our reply, we will include an invoice of fees and detailed payment instructions.  Payment may be made by certified cheque, money order or bank transfer.
  
• After you receive the invoice and payment instructions, you should send the fees for tuition.  Fulford Academy will not issue a letter of acceptance until we receive these deposit fees.
  
• You can use the letter of acceptance to apply for your Study Permit at the Canadian Consulate closest to your city.  (If you will be attending Fulford Academy for less than six months, you need to apply for a Visitor's Visa only.)
